HOW IT WORKS
01.
Details of the medicine box returned by the Stockist is Captured in Aushadhai system. Each item from the medicine box is placed individually in the aushadhai scanner for processing.

Camera mounted on the AushadhAI scanner automatically captures the image of the medicine. Details such as batch numbers are read by the AudhadhAI software
03.
Batch number is verified in the database and other details are fetched. The status of the medicine like Sellable,Expired etc. is figured out and populated in the sheet.
04.
Once all the medicines in the Box are processed, the report is automatically pushed to the ERP system to issue Credit Note.

Upon placing the medicine in the Box, the system automatically captures the image and processes
it thereby significantly reducing manual intervention.
The report received from the stockist is automatically compared with the report generated using
AushadhAI system to verify the claim and figure out any shorts or excesses.
AushadhAI has pre-built reports to analyse the entire returns data in a single platform. Reports can be generated at multiple levels like
SKU, Batch Number, Stockist Level, Region level, Operator level etc for better visibility across the supply chain.
To handle exceptions like soiled medicines, batch number missing, unusually large item size etc, AushadhAI comes with a provision to
enter the data manually.
